    Hi guys! I'm having a problem with my xbox one i will try to tell the most specific as i can.

    I bought this xbox since Christmas, and since then i didn't have a problem until now, yesterday I turned on my xbox and it tooked ages to start, and when it finally show the dashboard, it stills said that i was not signed up, but I can see my friends online,
    and the rest of the dashboard wasn't loading,i could not see the images and nothing, the store took ages to start, youtube still do not work, i tried to play star wars battlefront but i cant sign with EA, it told me to check my conection, but when I go to
    configuration and check my network, it tells me that everything is fin that i have ethernet, and when i see my network stadistics it says:

    download : 12.8 Mbps

    charge: 2.74 Mbps

    I know this statics are fine and like i told before i was doing fine with my xbox, i tried restarting, restauring, and nothing works, i dont know what else to do, please if you have a solution please help.

    Hi!

    Check the settings as a guide: Troubleshooting a Blank Screen TV or Monitor While Your Xbox One is on

    Try cleaning the console cache with the power cycle system: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Otherwise, if you are sure it does not depend on the HDMI cable, you will have to reset the console to the factory settings:

    1) Turn off the console

    2) Press and hold the "BIND" button and the "EJECT"

    3) Continue holding the "BIND" and "EJECT" buttons for few seconds

    4) Listen for two tones

    5) You can release the "BIND" and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone

    6) Select "Restore" with "Reset and keep my games & apps"

    Yes, I try to conect on the same network & the acer aspire one allways conect but presariov2710 never conect, also I try on a different network & the acer conect perfect but the presario v2710 neither conect to xbox one.

    What does it mean "Xbox Live on Xbox One will not be supported"

    xbox live on the 360 is not supported on venezuela, but still im able to conect to live and use multiplayer

    my question was if on xbox one, i will be able to conect and play multiplayer, i dont care of the xbox live features ( streaming, netflix, twitter, etc etc) im only asking about conectivity and multiplayer

    Yes, didn't work either. I've noticed some thing while testing the conection, when i test the conection on the Xbox one, sometimes appear that my network is behind a cone nat, what does that mean ?
