My Xbox One is making strange sounds... ( Video link )

Hello, I got a brand new Xbox One the other day, in fact it was a replacement Xbox One for my old one that had the exact same issue. I'll post a link to a Vine I recorded so you can see the issue for yourself, but anyway I have the Kinectless console and
whenever I turn it on it starts making some strange sounds whenever I am on the dashboard, as soon as I launch a game it stops soon as I go back on the dashboard it will start again, and when I have the console on standby the noise is still there.. Does anyone
know what this sound is because it is driving me insane... Thank you.

Console noise

My new Xbox one makes a strange noise when running, it sounds like a fan issue. I have compared it to a friends Xbox one and theirs is a lot quieter and doesn't produce the same noise mine does. Please see attached

Here's a couple options. You can choose to return the console to the retailer you purchased it from. They may take it back and replace it for you. If you have purchased an extended warranty, you can return it to the retailer with more confidence as they
will have to replace it.

Another option is to consider returning it to Microsoft as they recently announced in the news that they will be replacing noisy consoles as evidenced by this article -

I am having the same issue, and then they want me to pay 500 bucks for their advance replacement method. I am just gonna sell my Xbox One and go to PS4
