My Xbox one is going to a black screen. The Xbox - eject button will not work. Any ideas?

No, the green Xbox loading screen does display for about 30 seconds on power up. Then black screen.

Alright.Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the SYNC button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the SYNC and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the SYNC and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

My xbox is stuck on the black screen.. it comes onto the green loading screen and then goes black and stays like that.. u have Done the hard reset and also where you unplug it and we're you hold down the eject button and power button at same time and it
still won't move past the black screen any ideas ?

When I try it just hangs at the green screen that says Xbox one until I eventually let go of the bind/eject buttons and then it just goes to the controller config screen. I've held the buttons for 3-5 minutes. Any ideas?
