My xbox one is giving me the error code 0x80831002

I am having serious issues with my console and would like to ask if anyone has ever come across this annoying problem before...

Once a day my xbox will hit me with the error code (0x80831002)

When this happens it says there is a problem with my saved games and that I need to go into storage and delete local saved games... I could live with doing that, the problem I have is that my xbox just freezes as soon as this happens. I can't even dashboard.

The only way I can get free is to do a hard reset... I could even live with that!

After I boot it back up I get the green screen of death... Just stick on the xbox screen forever. To get past this I have to shutdown, reboot it back into the restore menu then do a factory reset!

It will work fine for a day then it happens again

Error code

got an error code 0x80831002 it basically said to delete the only saved file. Can I fix this and get my game where I left off?

I need to contact Xbox support for issues with my son's xbox one console.

My son has been having issues with his Xbox One. It is very slow in getting to the sign in screen for xbox live. He has been getting various error messages as follows and they do not come up in the "error code help" section of the Xbox website. The codes
are:

0x80831002

0x80a30204

0xd000189

0x8027025a

0x8007045d

0x80270300

If anyone has any ideas on how to contact Xbox to get help it would be very much appreciated.

I had this exact problem with my original Xbox One. I was having to factory reset it once a week because of this damn problem. I went ahead and bought an Xbox One X thinking my problems would disappear.. nope.. still get this same problem but I don't have
to factory reset it anymore, it is just annoying and I still haven't figured it out. However, I believe I have narrowed down the cause of the issue to certain games and/or the use of an external hard drive. The games that give me this code are such games like
Madden 19 and Nascar Heat 2. I tried to get help from Xbox via chat support and the tech couldn't even find the code 0x80831002. So I don't know but I hope they can fix it ASAP.

I've already tried and done everything listed in this and I'm still getting the error. The error code 0x80831002 isn't even in the list of error codes.
