    My Xbox One is bricked

    My Xbox one froze on the initial green start up screen forever. I restarted the xbox and now I have a blank black screen and it has no sound no picture, nothing!! Any help or advice would be nice. Planning on exchanging it later today, unless there is
    a fix!!

    My Xbox one froze on the initial green start up screen forever. I restarted the xbox and now I have a blank black screen and it has no sound no picture, nothing!! Any help or advice would be nice. Planning on exchanging it later today, unless there is

    Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should fix the issue.

    I'm using a virgin media box and my picture is fine. But when I switch off my xbox and turn it on later my tv picture is frozen or black so I have to do a hard reboot.

    I am having same issue...directv genie box...picture is set to native and stretch but Xbox one decodes SD picture strangely, squeezing it small with black bars around borders of the small image. Unhooking the genie box and going straight to the tv does
    not cause the issue, and the SD image is properly stretched to fit. Unhooking my directv from Xbox one until this is addressed.

    Hmmm, i've had nothing but trouble with my Foxtel into the Xbox One. EVERYTIME i turn the xbox on the tv is frozen or black and nothing short of a hard reset fixes the problem. After a hard reset it will find a picture and work flawlessly until the next
    time i turn it off. Frustrating.
