    Ok so here comes my very big problem, first of all I apologize for my poor English, Im Spanish. My general internet is not that good (3 download 0,5 upload, average ping is 60 and to Seattle is 250) but I played very very
    good in my Xbox 360 and all my other consoles until I bought this Xbox One. I have connection issues since i bought my brand new Xbox One the 10th of December. I first started playing Call Of Duty and Fifa, the connection was terrible I couldn't move the players.
    So I figured out how to do the connection test on the xbox one

    - Download 2,2 Upload: 0,4
    Lost packages: 45% MTU:1480 PING: 1700

    I couldn't believe what i was watching, then I tried the test on Speedtest.com and I set the servers in Seattle



    - Download 2,3 Upload: 0,4 PING: 250

    Ok, so i thought, this might be a simple download going on, but i didn't saw nothing downloading. I tried this tests during a period of 1 week, sometimes it gave me the correct Ping but the other 90% of the times it reached 1700 or
    5000 which is abosolutely inadmissible, I have proof of this with some photos of all the days in the week. Btw Ive bought a new router and some new ethernet cables that didn't work at all.

    My Data:

    -Canary Islands (Spain)

    -3 download 0,5 upload (that is the maximum that my neighborhood can support, there is no more better offers with better internet)

    -Zyxel router

    -Wired connection, also tried wireless (didn't work)

    And, for me the most important fact is that I played perfectly on my 360 and my PS3, I cannot figure out how the ping can get to 5000, also is impossible for me playing an online game, the lag is extremely terrible.

    This is ruining my experience on Xbox Live, I used to play competitive on my 360, and I can't continue doing it it seems impossible. I need help if somebody knows whats happening please let me know, and what can I do to fix my Xbox or simply change it.

    If you want the proof just send me a message and i will show you the comparison of the speedtest (seattle server) and the xbox one test, and if you want i could send you a simple 30 second video of the lag that i suffer at Call of Duty or Fifa.

    hi can anybody help me my xbox slim has got a red light and no error message just a blank screen (one red light on the whole of the power button) i have seen the trick with the hard drive but i am yet to buy a hard drive as i got the xbox from a friend
    knowing it was faulty can anybody suggest anything before i send off to be repaired i need to know if its worth fixing thanks for reading this.

    when i try to play a movie on my xbox one it gives me this error code 0x8007010b yet all my apps work. can anybody help me or have seen this code before.

    HDMI cable is not working

    Hi JacksonWilkes,

    If you have another HDMI cable, it is worth trying it out as it will identify if it is the cable that is faulty or there is an issue with the Xbox.

    If there is an issue with the Xbox, as mentioned by others you can either claim under your warranty or speak to the retailer you purchased the console from.

    Yeah, I can imagine they have tightened the policies quite a bit, they were being exploited really badly back when I had to claim.

    £100 is madness though, imagine how much these things will sell for when they get to the similar age of the NES! Just for 3 little, meaningless words printed on a controller.
