    My XBOX One is constantly freezing


    Hello, I would have liked to know if someone had already met the same problem as me ... The console (XBOX ONE 3.5 years old) is only freezing ... I launch an application, everything is fine but the second ... Impossible. Any plant, I can not turn off the
    console ...

    I have already made two return to factory mode, installing updates by USB key, but nothing works. The console freezes ...

    If anyone would know what it can come from, and if possible, how to fix it ... That would be great.

    Bonjour, j'aurais voulu savoir si quelqu'un avait déj rencontré le même problème que moi... La console (XBOX ONE de 3,5 ans) ne fait que de se figer... Je lance une application, tout va bien, mais la seconde... Impossible. Tout plante, je ne peux plus éteindre
    la console...

    J'ai déj fait deux retour en mode usine, une installation des mises jour par clé USB, mais rien n'y fait. La console se fige...

    Si quelqu'un saurait de quoi cela peut provenir, et si possible, comment y remédier... Ca serait super.

    FREEZING!!!

    This game is freezing up constantly. One of my favorites but the freezing is annoying. Please help fix. Oh it is also doing it on Sudoku.

    Xbox one freezing constantly

    Hey there xJKUMFx, it looks like your issue is different from BigERay427's, so you will want to start a new thread to get the most help. However, you can sometimes fix your problem by unplugging the console for 5 minutes and rebooting it with any external
    hard drives disconnected. If that doesn't work, you will likely have to use the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool (support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool)

    I have not had a lot of problems with my Xbox One. There has been times where YouTube would freeze up and I wouldn't be able to re-load it. But otherwise it's been a smooth process.

    If your Xbox One is constantly freezing up, it may be a hardware issue.
