My Xbox one is connected to the internet but wont connect to Xbox live

    My Xbox one is connected to the internet but wont connect to Xbox live


    i have been using the same network for a while now when all of the sudden my Xbox wont connect to Xbox live but says the console is on the network. detailed network stats only show WiFi 100percent signal any fix for this?

    My xbox one will not connect to xbox live. My internet is working just fine on my PC my Laptop and Xbox360 connects without a problem but my when i set up my network on my xbox one it says connected to internet but wont connect to live. Ive tried cache resets
    and it hasnt work. No idea what to try next any ideas?

    internet connection

    im connected to the internet via the cloud

    i can connect to the cloud on my xbox but from there it wont connect to the internet so it wont connect to xbox live either

    i can connect to the cloud via a password on my laptop fone and ipod but it doesnt ask for passwords on my xbox just simply wont connect
