    My Xbox One is connected to the Internet but still says it is iffline


    although I have already connected to my wireless connection, and when i test it it tells me my console is connected to the Internet, it doesn't alliw me to play any downloaded games or use any online accessories

    My Xbox One says I'm connected to the internet,and I check my connection and everything is good. But the Xbox says I have no internet connection. I have tried everything to fix it but no results. Any help??

    My xbox one can't connect to xbox live

    Hello!

    My xbox one is connected to internet but not to xbox live.. This issue started yesterday. I tried disconnecting the router and the xbox as in previous discussions but nothing worked. I connected the xbox to my mobile connection also and didn't work. Everytime
    i test my internet connection, the xbox one says: its all good. But still not connected to xbox live. Most of my games are dowsnloaded from the store so I can't access them... What shall I do?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

    Backward compatability of Fallout 3 disc on Xbox one. X

    As you mentioned you are trying to install the gmes iffline, this is the reason it fails. Backwards Compatible games need to be installed while connected to internet so that disc can be verified. May be connect to internet and insert your disc, start installation
    and then go offline. I never tried it but in theory it should work.

    Don't worry we will work on this together. This means you'll be needing to do port forwarding for your router. You'll be needing to reach the Internet Service Provider and let them open these ports:

    Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP)
