    My Xbox One is Being Very Weird


    Over the past couple of days, my Xbox One has been acting strange. I bought a copy of Zoo Tycoon, and when I started to play it, it wouldn't get past the title screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times, and it still persists. At first, that was
    the only issue. Then, starting yesterday, my console would randomly shut down. I checked the settings, and it's not set to power down automatically. It would typically shut down a couple of times after I started the console up, but then I could play as usual.
    Now, it's shutting down if I even touch the console. This is a HUGE pain when I'm trying to change the game in the drive. This issue is frustrating me incredibly, and I don't know what to do.

    I think you can turn off automatic sign in .

    my kinect would always sign my gf in the second she entered the room, which would creep her out....so i turned off automatic log in and everything is kool now

    Make sure your power connector is firmly seated in the rear of your Xbox One. It is the cable from the Power Brick to the Xbox One. That's the only thing I can think of that would be affected by touch.

    The console is plugged in properly. This was the first thing I thought could be the source of the problem.

    Have you tried going a cold reset? ( Turning off the xbox and then unplugging it and wait 10 sec?)

    It will clear the cache. That might do the trick.

    Hello NebulaCuhh, If the console isn't giving any error messages, try a console reset if you haven't already.

    The first is a clear cache

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    Xbox One will not with smaller TVs (32inch and 24inch), but works with big samsung (50 inch)
