    My Xbox one is acting up, help?


    Hi every one,

    So I've had this issue a few times in the past but yesterday it for bad, I had to enter my email and password for a security check and it came up but nothing was there and it only had two options, "Send feedback" and exit, I could sign in and see my friends
    but it said I wasn't connected to Xbox live and I couldn't play any games or use any apps and it's been like this for 2 days.

    My console is acting up

    Hi there, I just went to play my xbox 360, but it is starting to act up in several ways. When I turn the system on, for a while now I get a slight juddering noise coming from the disc drive. However now, the dashboard takes ages to load, I get the usual
    messages saying which friends are online etc, even though I can't see anything. Finally I get an error saying I can't connect to live. The game I was playing was Dragon Age 2. When I select to play the game, it opens up, then gets stuck syncing cloud storage.
    Finally I get to select a storage device, when I select my HDD the game just stops. When I press the xbox button on my controller, I can hear the usual noise the menu makes when it opens, I just can't see it.

    I was recently moving stuff, so only have two games to play atm. I tried the other. It said I needed to dl an update, which it did, seemingly signing me into live. It then says "Checking for DLC" and gets stuck at it.

    I have cleared my cache, made no difference. I am worried that several things seem to be going wrong. It is an xbox slim, a little over a year old, 250gb model. My third in 5 years. I am at a loss as to what to do. Any tips would be appreciated.

    My xbox acting up

    my xbox one is acting slow. Nothing loads and if i maket to the home screan nothing loads not even setings so i cant try a factory reset. Help

    Hi,

    A couple of things you could try, is firstly by deleting your profile from your xbox console, and the re-adding it: Add and remove
    profile

    If that doesn't work then it might be worth giving you xbox a factory reset, but without deleting the games:

    When you do the factory reset, its important to choose the option 'Reset and keep my games & apps.' so that way you won't lose any of your games or apps My Xbox one is acting up, help? :)

    I actually just decided to make a different account my home account so I could keep my apps and games then factory restarted it ! Now everything is back to normal and I’m so happy ! :) :) thank u for your support !!

    Hi Xxmcsquizzy, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Seems like you have indeed performed all the necessary steps, kindly try to use a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot just to check if it will work or not, also to validate if it's the console to the network connection.

    factory reset    , and if the behavior continues contact
