    My Xbox one internet explorer is stuck on a pop up.


    I can't view my tabs, my history, or anything. As soon as I open internet explorer it has a popup giving me a phone number and says I have a virus. I click OK, and it pops right back up again. Before i can even switch pages.. Someone help!

    Was someone on my account?

    I was looking at my activity and Internet explorer was on there. I haven't used it in a while, however, I was looking at xbox 360 games on the website. So does using xbox.com pop up as Internet explorer on your activity? Or was someone on my account?

    Xbox became worse I want to sell my xbox because the xbox can not navigate on the Internet as the PS3 or Wii. Then you can not play online with friends. The xbox is paying too much. Xbox console will be like to be. I want you to observe the other console t

    there is no way to close pop ups on xbox live internet explorer, so in that regard. it blows.

    Also, avoid the website that you were on when this happened in the future. As a general rule, I never click on OK on any popup, especially on a computer. This is how many viruses are installed. The good news is that I haven't heard of any viruses on Xbox

    When I type something into search, it won't give me the option to get web results so I can try and close the Microsoft edge tab causing the problem. I've even reset the Xbox one back to factory settings and it's still there!!!! Help!!!

    To fix this, Go to your network settings and disconnect from the internet. then go to your storage settings and clear local saved games. Wait for your xbox to restart. DON'T reconnect to the internet just yet. Open the internet explorer and search for something.
    Its gonna say your not connected, that's a good thing.

    Now go to settings, reconnect to internet. Go to internet explorer. Once internet has been reconnected Xbox will ask you "What save do you want to load for explorer?"

    DO NOT CHOOSE THE CLOUD SAVE! That crappy popup page is in the cloud! I hope it burns in ****!

    Choose the local save and you should be rid of that pesky pop up page. Surf to your heart's desire dude!

    I'm having the same issue with the exact same site and its seriously lame guys... go to walking dead pick an episode ceiw all results click a vidbull or vidxden or allmyvideos or put locker or any non pay link click through to video and try to play it as
    soon as you hit the play button even on the actual video player bam! Pop up to adyeild or some bs ad site... do a little leg work guys we pay good money for this stuff i'd really appreciate your help with this and so would thousands of others.... thanks!
