My Xbox One... I don't even know what's going on anymore.

I recently posted a thread on the Preview forum, asking about a problem I had (Link to thread - http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_early_access/update_preview/registration_support/f/4582/t/2193996.aspx). I then proceeded to remove and add my account like XB1R Hades
said and once I did, it brought me to home. Even though I was signed in, on the top left corner, it said "Sign in". So I moved my left thumbstick to the left and on the Xbox One, the color of the tile changes based on which colored tile you chose. I chose
pink before but now everything was encased in white. I couldn't see my account and I had to guess where the sign out button was. I signed into my sister's account and everything worked fine. She was connected to xbox live and everything worked but on my account,
God knows what happened. I really what to find out what I can do to fix this as my Xbox Live Gold expires soon and I can't even play due to this bug. Please help.

I heard something about an email being sent out, but that's all I know.

I don't even know what's going on.

 

This sounds like the problem I'm having. I'm the parent and it won't let me sign into my account to give permission to my son (his lego avengers/star wars games are rated over his age). It doesn't give me a prompt to enter a password, just kicks me back
to the main screen. Same thing when I try to sign into my account from the main screen.

Hard reboots have not helped.

Started yesterday, continued today.

Hey WHAMMO you should try what Hades suggested I do in my thread. It fixed it for me. The link is on top of the page
