    i was playing as usually when the xbox close my session and after that this appered in my screen

    i am from mexico, so it´s in spanish. it says that my console have been banned...

    but when i call the support, they mentioned that my console with other 6 are on the same situation.

    but i don´t know anything about the other 6 consoles, i bought my console on may 2016
