My xbox one has randomly stopped connecting to wifi.

My xbox one has been connected to wifi for months now and I didn't use it for about 4 days. When I got back on it, the internet was disconnected and wouldn't reconnect. I followed all the suggestions and none of them worked. It's not like the modem is too far away or blocked because it's been fine for months. I know I've also been using the right password. The wifi is slow but it's always worked and it still works on every other device in the house.

• May I ask which Xbox One model you have?

• Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

• To clarify, do you get any error codes/messages when you go to Settings > General > Network Settings > and try to set up a wireless network?

My wifi connection on my xbox has stopped connecting to my wifi i have been having these issue for nearly a month, at first my xbox started by kicking me out cutting of my internet connection recently it has got to a point it has stopped working.I
have restarted my xbox now I can't log in to my gametag meaning I can't play my previous saved games or use my dlc . My xbox has adviced me to log in to xbox.com and change my m.a.c which is S8-82-A8-1E-CO-63

I've had my Xbox One for about 5 or 6 months now, and have been using a wired connection. I play Destiny as well as other games and have had network errors in the past but have chalked it up to some small gitch as it normally connects or fixes itself right
away or after a hard reset.

About a week ago though my controller would randomly disconnect, and recently stopped connecting all together. Power cycling the Xbox (many, many times) did no good, so I tried to see if I could connect to WiFi, and it wont find any networks at all when
trying to set up a wireless network. Strange is that when I first turn on my Xbox it'll be connected to the WiFi for maybe 20 seconds, then drop the connection. It's possible that my WiFi card is busted, though I have no idea what would cause that to happen...

there isn’t an active box. there are disable, allow, or deny boxes though. my xbox was connected to the internet fine then the xbox randomly turned itself off and it won’t connect. i’ve reset the wifi and everything.

I connected my ps3 directly to the router and it stopped signing out randomly , which in return stopped signing out my xbox randomly... So i dont think i need a new router now. Thanks.
