My Xbox One has not been working since the recent update.

It turns on, gets to the troubleshoot page but hangs when we select factory reset. What should we do?

"To use the USB flash drive to restore your console to factory defaults, you'll need:

A Windows-based PC with an internet connection and a USB port

A USB flash drive with a minimum of 4 GB of space formatted as NTFS"\

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Once you're on the troubleshooter page, let me know the exact error code that you will get. It can be "E102, E101, E106", etc.

This will determine what steps we have to perform.

Thanks, I have done that. The error is E102.

I tried the steps for E102, to reset to factory settings. But when I do that, it keeps taking me back to the error page. Is there any other steps I can take to address this?
