I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

This is not normal behavior. I recommend following the steps on the following website to test the offline update.

For this you will need a USB flash drive with at least 8GB of storage space. Make sure you use the correct file according to your console model.

I just bought my nba2k14 4 hours ago it was stuck at 0 percent then slowly after an hour incrcrease after 7 percent now stuck on 99percent for 4 hours I'm having the same problem can someone answer ASAP thanks

i checked and cleaned fallout 4 already (even a second time for good luck) and it didn’t help my issue. i believe it might be the xbox or other reasons i mentioned…

but now i have done it again and a couple of the other video games too and currently fallout is at 31%. it asked to update and i accepted it, defeated, and it’s been slowly getting higher. 32% is one of the ones it starts it on.

specially once, at 26.9%, i witnessed the game completely stop installing like every single other time (around that percent). and then the “installation stopped” started. i really don’t know what else to do.

it’s stuck again. in game, 32% (ready to start- stuck on main menu videos) on console, 41.2%. completely stuck for the last hour at least. i recleaned it too

Oh my god. I'm going to attempt to see if I can send my Xbox One into Microsoft.

The game finally installed (it took about 2 - 3 hours for every one percent.) However for my other game, Battlefield 4 there is even more issues. How wonderful. Anyways, if any one that has this problem is reading this, I just let my Xbox sit for hours on
end. Eventually it updated. Call of Duty Ghosts is working fine, however letting it just sit isn't working for updating Battlefield 4.
