My xbox one got banned for no reason!

I came home from work and when i opened my xbox it said that i can´t connect to network because my "console is banned".

I didn´t do anything please unban my xbox i want to surf online.. I contacted xbox support too, this is the reference number as proof: [Mod Removed]

My Xbox One Got Banned For No Reason!!

So this is my story. Hi my gamertag Is "Twin", i have been getting nothing but bad luck on Xbox.

It all begins on May 18th, 2016, They Did a gamertag release and the only gamertag that i ever wanted was "Twin". I found out my gamertag was released to the public and I was in a car and told my girlfriends mom to drive faster to my house so I can claim
the tag. My tag was available for 38 minutes and i was so scared someone was going to take it, I finally claimed it and i was so happy. I met a lot of new people because of my gamertag. Now my time on Xbox will be over and i'll be transferring to PC and give
up on Xbox.

Ever since i have got my tag i got multiple different requests from if I am selling my gamertag to asking for my account. I turned down every last offer because for 9 years playing Xbox I wanted the gamertag "Twin" and now I finally have it so I didn't want
to get rid of it, because of me turning down multiple offers I there were tension between me and other users. Recently for the past month I have been receiving random verification codes to my Xbox account that neither I and my brother have sent. As soon as
I realized it wasn't my brother we changed the password. This then happened again a couple days after, so I checked online and my account was signed in else where, so i changed my password again and contacted Microsoft Support, They said that they noticed
the suspicious sign in and then told me that my account will be monitored and so I thanked them. About a week later my account received another verification code and so i changed my password again and all an all for the last month i changed my password 5x.
Then when my brother was playing MW3 on the 360 and I was playing Zombies BO3 Zombies doing a Easter Egg, my brother got signed out and he went to sign in and our account got permanently banned. I talked to support and submitted a case review and No luck and
so I lost my account and $1500 worth of 360 and One games. By now I am upset, but then more happened, just Today March 3rd 2017, my Console got permanently banned aswell. Talked to support and there was no reason for the ban. so now i am here on the forums
to seek for help.

Please Comment Microsoft and help me out.

I recently got console banned for no reason on my xbox one if there is anyone that can help me...

 

You will need to open a case with the enforcement team. enforcement.xbox.com/home they are the only ones that can deal with bans and suspensions. Good Luck!

 

Currently, Xbox console bans are not eligible for Case Review so there is nothing else you can do. Just check the reason your console was banned in the link provided and make sure to respect the xbox live service rules in the future!
