    My Xbox One gone insane!


    Hello everyone,

    i have a problem with my Xbox One since the last update, after i updated my Xbox i can't start any game because it will say " We can't sync your latest data "

    and my friends list are stuck at 16 friends online, and there activities are stuck as well, and i can't receive any messages or any game invites or any party invites.

    My friend suggested me to do the factory reset, so i moved all my games and apps to my external hard drive ( btw its 1 TB 3.0 USB ) then i did the factory reset.

    After the factory reset i cant do anything with my console, i signed in with my Gamertag and it says i have 0 Gamerscore and i don't have any friend on my friends list

    and when i try to go to " My Games and Apps " i don't find any game or any app, but the problem that my external hard drive space is 94.6 GB free ( 89.8% used )

    please help me with my console i can't do anything with it right now.

    I JUST had almost the same problem.

    1. all collectibles gone

    2. all campaign progress gone (including insane)

    3. and i lost most of my weapon skins including my gold gnasher since the game says i havent played before apparently

    It frustrating and xbox live support is at the max with calls right now so im probably not the only one. But im sure they wont fix it, atleast not any time soon.

    Hi iMask Hunter Are you in the preview program? If you are then I think most of the issues you are experiencing will be resolved by the update released last night.

  5. Have you received the New Xbox One Experience yet? If not, please try to go to Settings > System and see if an update is available. If it is, then select to Update your console now.

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Under System, select Console info & updates.
    5. Available updates will show in the second button down in the first column.
    If an update is available, the button will read Update Available. If your console is already on the current release build, the button will be greyed out and will read No update available.

    After installing the update, if the issue persists, I would recommend calling Xbox Support for live troubleshooting. (http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/contact-us)

    Hey bud, ok sorry this might be a bit of a stupid question but after you did the factory reset did it ask you to do all of the updates again? or does it not let you get to that point at all?

    For those who have sync and connectivity issues and are members of the dashboard preview go to settings->system and update your consoles. There is a new dashboard update fixing any issues!

    @Smuroh They have issued two new updates to preview this week, these look to be just a couple of fixes.

    @fingleberries yeah i have the new Windows 10 official update, i will check the settings thanks.

    @smuroh after the factory reset it says " checking for updates " and after couple of minutes it finished checking and it taked me to next step.

    The preview program is still active. The release of NXOE was not the final release for the preview program, it will just go back to normal now. You will still get preview updates before they are released to the public.
