    My Xbox one goes off when I run a game

    J'ai le même soucis de puis peu près un an. Hier j'ai fait 3,6 GO de mise jour pour la console, aucun soucis; mais quand je lance Overwatch, Assassin's Creed ou même les Sims, la console plante (Lumière du boitier d'alimentation éteinte)..

    Cela se produit avec toutes les prises de chez moi, j'ai aussi fait les poussières mais ça ne marche toujours pas.

    Quelqu'un saurait-il comment m'aider ? Peut être faut il vérifier l'intérieur de la console ?

    I have the same worries of then about a year. Yesterday I made 3.6 GB update for the console, no worries; But when I run Overwatch, Assassin's Creed or even the Sims, the console crashes (Power box light off)..

    This happens with all the catches from me, I also made the dust but it still does not work.

    Would anyone know how to help me? Maybe need to check the inside of the console?]

    Getting Booted out of Black Ops matches periodically

    How could i run a ping test when my internet goes out ?

    you are asking me to run a ping test when the problem is happening, well when the problem happens my internet goes out and i have to power cycle the modem and turn my xbox completely off to get my internet back on.

    When you turn off the console does your monitor goes black or does everything stay the same except for the fact the lit ring goes out?

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We split this thread in order to help tailor our support specifically to you. We understand this is frustrating since the Xbox One shuts off when the
    game starts. I would recommend checking the power supply unit. Try to use another wall outlet or a different power supply with the console.

    Is this the only games or is it all games that cause the console to shut off?
    I
    would also suggest trying a Soft Factory Reset if
    the system still crashes.

    Side Note:
    It is
    very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
    it from the console.

    To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
    Settings > Account > sign-in, security &
    passkey; in middle column at the top it will say "show
    on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

    Give it a shot and keep us posted!

    Hey The GladiatorP97! Do you get any error messages or codes when you attempt to play a game? Does the console shut off or just the display? If the console is shutting off, check out

    these     steps and see if they help. If it's the display,
    these     steps may help out instead. Post back and let us know how it goes!

    I understand you need help on your Xbox problem.

    Is this the original Xbox One you have?

    Does it happen to all games you try to play?

    If you are using an external hard drive, please remove that and try to run the game to see if that helps.

    If not, I would recommend resetting the console doing this:

    Let's refresh the console's system cache.

    NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select System.

    4. Select Console info

    5. Select Reset console.

    6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

    This will also help sync the data on your console properly.
