    My Xbox One Goes Crazy


    Hi please can anyone help me I am having problems with both my xbox ones. Here is my story. I purchased halo 5 xbox one all ok for about 6 months and mostly this year it has played up ie switching itself on changing game or app, like it was being controlled
    by someone. I contacted xbox they said never heard of it but said to change console so I did this. The problem still occurs so bought another xbox one and doing the same thing. I contacted bt they said nothing wrong and xbox cant help me anymore. I put my
    colour background as light blue but when it turns console off it highlights in green?? Any ideas im just about to throw the hub and xbox out lol.

    Fan going crazy

    as soon as I turn on my Xbox one, its fan goes crazy fast and is super loud

    Hey Halogal05 -

    Is it possible someone is controlling your Xbox One console using their phone's Xbox App? You'll want to check your settings for what connections you allow to your Xbox One from phone Xbox Apps. Starting at your Xbox One dashboard:

    • Open the Guide Menu
    • Scroll down to Settings
    • Select All Settings
    • Scroll down to Preferences
    • Select Xbox app connections
    Ensure that you have the desired restrictions in place.

    It seems that you will have to send it to technical support in your state or country, or also with a third party who can repair it, although this means is not very trustworthy.
