My Xbox One games won't show on my PC.

Recently, I bought Elden Ring for me and my brother to play (for my Xbox One). It's a great game with great dynamics and graphics. But the Xbox is in my brother's room so I decided to just log on to the Xbox App on my computer. I've been logged in for a little while and I have some games, but one thing I notice is that none of the games I have installed on my Xbox One show up on the PC. All of them are just games I downloaded on steam that also have a connection to Microsoft. I check my account and the information is correct, the accounts are the exact same, yet none of the games I have downloaded show up. I reinstall the launcher, thinking its a bug, yet when I reinstall it, log in to the correct account, the same games sit there, nothing else. I own Xbox Game Pass on the same account. What do you know? It's not there either. There are no forums telling me how to fix this. No videos. No tutorials. Everything I try just doesn't work. If there's something wrong please tell me what it is. Because I have no idea.

Only PlayAnywhere games will show up on PC as well as console, which does not include Elden Ring.

My Xbox One SmartGlass app won't even start on my PC(Windows 8.1). It show the startup screen with the logo on, and paaaw the app shuts down. Any suggestions?

Yes all music is in default music folder and sharing is enabled..my Zune music shows up with the Xbox logo next to the PC in the list of pcs in the system music player. My Xbox shows without the Xbox music logo but it takes a long time to show the music
and it won't play

Yeah I tried those steps, and my Xbox still won't show up in the pc app

Hi Francia, thanks for the reply. If I want to use the PC Xbox app, how can I look at Xbox One games instead of PC games? When I navigate to "Games I Own" on this app, it shows one installed game, called Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Based on this, I believe this application is showing me my PC games on the PC I'm on, not my Xbox games (like the name of the app would suggest). I am not interested in PC games at all, just managing my Xbox One library from my PC (or phone).
