My Xbox one games will not go into the console completely

Discus and support My Xbox one games will not go into the console completely in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I'm trying to put in games to my Xbox and my discs won't go in all the way.     My Xbox one games will not go into the console completely


    So I'm trying to put in games to my Xbox and my discs won't go in all the way. I've been trying for hours and nothing has worked. Someone please help me

    Xbox turn off when input selected

    Hello,

    I have both my xbox 360 and my xbox one console plugged into my tv via hdmi. When I change my TV input from the xbox 360 to the xbox one it sometimes (not every time) causes my xbox one to turn off completely. This is becoming increasingly annoying and would
    be very grateful to anyone with any suggestions.

    I bought the game off the xbox one dashboard on demand.

    Can I go on my xbox 360, go into my download history and download it on that console as well, or what?

    My Xbox one games will not go into the console completely

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
    console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck

    Fable 2 LICSENSE glitch

    Go to the My Games & Apps App on your Xbox One and scroll to the right. It will show all of the Xbox 360 games that are eligible for installation.

    If it doesn't show the game under the My Games & Apps, do a hard reset on your console (hold the power down on your console until it completely shuts off).
