    all my Xbox one games are not saving progress at all. I am receiving a message about not being able to access the cloud. I have tried to reset my Xbox in every possible way I can imagine. My current Xbox live status is saying all services are available.
    Microsoft support is not helping me at all right now so I'm turning to one of you guys. I'm extremely aggravated please help me.

    I wonder why I can’ t download my cloud game savings in my new Xbox One. It’s not practical the fact I can’t access them offline. If I am allowed to reinstall my 360 games in my new console why not have access to my game savings regardless I’m online or
    not.

    Games Don't Save on Xbox One

    For some odd reason my game progress is not saving on my xbox one saved consoles....I am playing FIFA 17 & MAFIA however the games are saved to a certain checkpoint after which no matter how much progress I make the console is not saving the progress...I
    am playing offline so there shouldn't be any issues however really need input what to do...

    Do you use your account on more than one Xbox one? Does it say couldn't sync to cloud or does it say couldn't access cloud?

  5. Also, try going offline and then resetting your console from snap menu. Go back online after it has finished. Let me know if this helps.

  6. One more thing. Sign out of your profile before going back online following above steps. After your console is back online sign your profile back in. Good luck

    This error occurs when your Xbox One console can’t maintain a good connection to Xbox Live. If you can, select the Play offline option to use the data on your console’s hard drive instead.

    To test your network connection:

    Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select All Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Network Settings.

    On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection.

    The original Xbox games saves cannot be transferred. You will have to start those games again on the Xbox One if you want to play them. As for the Xbox 360 game saves, they can be saved to the cloud using the xbox 360, and they automatically transfer over
    when you play a 360 game on the One. All saves on the Xbox One are stored on the cloud, and on the Xbox One. You can find the saves for each game by highlighting your game on my games and apps, press the menu button on controller and select manage game, and
    from there you can find your saves.
