my xbox one freezes at "who is playing"?

Turn off the console and disconnect the power cord to make sure the console is completely off.

Plug it back in.

Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button at the same time, then press the power button on the console.

Continue pressing the Pair button and Eject button for 10 to 15 seconds.

You will hear two "power on" tones after a few seconds.

You can release the Pair button and Eject button after the second power-up tone.

This will take you to the troubleshooter, there you will need to reset the console, you can choose the option to keep games and applications.

If you already tried this and it didn't work, try now the reset by deleting all games and apps, don't worry about progress or purchases, all that information is saved in the cloud.

My Xbox keeps freezing during games is an Xbox one s and every time i try to play the division or forza horizon 3 the game will freeze and the game will quit or the Xbox will turn off entirely. Im pretty annoyed with this as I cannot play my expensive games
for more than 15 minutes.

please help.

No, that did not work it only acts like it’s pairing with the controller. I am able to play one game then my Xbox will freeze up.

Ok thanks.. I would just play it through my original Xbox but it freezes up after I play one game into a new season on franchise mode..
