    My error message says "something bad happened" and do not reboot.

    How do I fix it?

    Hello Robbie.j,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. Just to clarify, Does this happen when you are accessing a game, or an app or when you are turning on your console? Is this an Xbox One Original or is this an Xbox One S or One X? I understand that it states not
    to reboot the system, however, it would be best to try a
    Power Cycle     your system. If power cycling the system does not work, then try a Hard Restart of the console,

    Xbox One Original     or
    Xbox One S and/or One X    .

    As I previously stated several times; IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REGION AND LANGUAGE. This is a new issue. The region and language had an error message but i have never received an error message and I checked my region and language multiple times. Also
    Crytek is not supporting the game on Xbox One.

    My Xbox cloud gaming has been terrible since Oblivion Remaster.

    I tried contacting Xbox support, but every time I do, it gives me an error message stating that there was an issue submitting my request. Also, if no one has any contact to that team, why is it a category I can post in?
