    Hello this has bin annoying me for a while my Xbox one S even though I have game pass ultimate dosent have any option for playing games via the cloud which is totally unfair am in the correct region I no this because my next door neighbour has the exact same Xbox as me and it works perfectly for him why can't I use it ?

    Does the account you're trying to play with have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription?

    I'm fairly sure that the account has to have its own sub for it to work, so you can't be sharing someone else's Ultimate sub.

    Maybe that's the problem.
