    my xbox one dont turn on, i tried everything, the font show one led orange when connect to the eletricity but when is connected im xbox one the led turn to one orange eakness and when disconect fron xbox this turn to white,the xbox dont turn on and no signal
    at led button in front of xbox one...plis help

    Hi

    Can you please confirm if your console is trying to switch on and the Xbox logo on the front of it lights up?

    If noting is happening can you try removing the power cable from the outlet for a few minutes. when you connect everything back up please connect it directly to the wall outlet and let us know what happens.

    Can you please confirm if you have disconnected the consoles power cable from the wall outlet for a few minutes as I suggested? Doing this will allow the surge protector that is built into the power supply/console to reset and may help with your problem.
