    My xbox one don't recognize my live gold subscription.


    Hello everybody.

    My xbox was working just fine on saturday. When I woke up sunday (06/19/17), I turned on the xbox and it wasn't recognizing my live gold subscription. Since then, I can't join party or play any multiplayer games. It keeps telling me that I need to buy live
    gold, but I have it until 06/22/17.

    I can play every game that was on games with gold, and I can see the deals with gold normally too. Its like my account has just half of the features.

    I did every step I could do. Reset modem, master reset without deleting the games, turn off xbox holding the power button for 10 seconds. I tried xboxsupport from twitter, but they start to help me and stopped answering after a while.

    Can someone here help me?

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????

    So I purchased an Xbox live gold subscription for 3 months, redeemed the code and it was added to my account, however, my Xbox One S does not recognize this. Any suggestions?

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:
