    Can't find our Wi-Fi

    Hello! I brought my Xbox 360 slim to my father. When i tried to connect to our Wi-Fi the Xbox didn't find any network/Wi-Fi. My Xbox's Wi-Fi works on other networks, the network also works though we got other devices connected to the Wi-Fi. It's wery annoying
    though i wana play today. What can i do? Can you help me? Merry christmas and a happy new year! My Xbox one don´t find my wi-fi network. :)

    Wi-fi failure

    Hello!

    We have problems with our Xbox one console. It looses the wi-fi network connection although the Wi-fi is working just fine.

    When it looses the wi-fi, it can't find the network again. We have to put it back to default and do the wi-fi installation all over again.

    This can happen when starting the console or during use of it. It happens quite often.

    What's wrong?

    Sorry but I don´t have headsets wireless... Then XBOX ONE don´t support wireless high velocity.

    It's better a computer than console xbox ? are you sure ?
    The point I was trying to make was about signal interference.

    If you can't connect your console with a wired connection, check to see if your home router supports dual-band connections (both 2.4-GHz and 5-GHz Wi-Fi connections). If your home router is dual band, try moving your Xbox One console
    to the 5-GHz router connection and move other wireless devices to the 2.4-GHz router connection.
    While 5-GHz Wi-Fi has shorter range than 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi, it can also have less overlap with other wireless networks and therefore perform better.
