    If you have waited for a little while and the home button on the controller is still not respondin the only options available will be to either send the controller for repair using the link below or to purchase a replacement controller.

    Yeezy, if your console is malfunctioning in anyway, especially to where you can't use it, you should consider sending it in for repair. I have placed a link below that will walk you through the repair Process through Microsoft. Good Luck!
