My device after an electricty outage, doesn't turn on anymore, no light no sound nothing at all

First thing to do is to check the fuse in the plug of the mains cable.

Could you further describe your problem?

Is there any signal on your TV?

If not did you try a new HDMI cable?

Or does it get stuck on the loading screen?

Fully power the Xbox down by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for 8-10 seconds. Unplug the power suppoy from the wall for 30 seconds.

If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to
Device Services to submit a repair request.
