Thanks for keeping us updated. If your console will not start up even after you have reset your power supply unit, then the console needs to be serviced. For in-warranty consoles, you can request a repair from
Device Support. You must register your product online to replace the unit under warranty.
The original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console PSU. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer available for this particular product. We appreciate your commitment to Xbox and apologize for any inconvenience.
