My xbox one doesnt register my gold membership?!

So i renew my xbox live gold yearly and the last time i renewed it was in february this year i stopped playing xbox for about 3 weeks and went on today to find that it says i need gold? i tried to put a code in but it says i already have gold so which i
should do but it says i dont?

How Long Have You Been Playing Xbox Live?

I bought my first Xbox 360 in 2007, didn't register at first just gamed solely on offline. Just switched over from the PS2 then so wasn't too care for online. As time passed, I registered for a Silver account for a couple of years before going Gold. Went Gold for a year and then switched back to Silver after it expired. Last year, I renewed my subscription for another year so overall, I've been on Gold for two years.

Assassins Creed 2 Xbox One Achievements Pop up but don't Unlock

So I'm playing Assassins Creed 2 on my Xbox One and I'll get a notification pop up in game where I unlock an achievement but when i check my achievements trophy page it doesnt show up it doesnt even register that I've played the game...so....help? and before
anyone asks yes I'm connected to xbox live

You're not showing as gold here. Check your account at

the fact that i was able to play for the last week with no gold membership and that my sister doesnt have a gold membership, yet her profile is fine for xbox live leads me to believe that that is not correct

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
