My Xbox One doesn't recognize my gold subscribtion

Your Xbox Live tenure is still showing which usually means your Xbox Live Gold Membership is still active. Please verify that your membership is still active by checking your Services & subscriptions.

Please try clearing the consoles cache by opening the guide>Action Center (Settings tab)>Restart console. If you still have trouble, please remove and re-add your profile to the console (Settings>Account>Remove accounts). Please keep in mind you'll need
to know your Microsoft Account sign-in details.

Hello again, thank you for answering this fast.

Unfortunately I followed these exact steps and the problem remains. I can now launch and play the games I downloaded with "games with gold" but I cannot download the current offers and still can't play online.

The system still asks me to subscribe to gold on the main menu and when I try to launch a multiplayer game.

yes, but the problem is that my subscribtion is in another country because the gift card that I used was for another country's Xbox store, so now I can't use my credit card to pay because it's not from the country where my gold is activated and I can't subscribe
to another gold subscribtion with my credit card in my current country becouse it says that I already have gold in another region.

It's a really f*cked up situation
