    my xbox one doesn't read any of my 360 games cd


    when i put the disk there's nothing happened and when i try to get it off, it wont get out i need to close my xbox and then the power cable to be able to put out the disk

    Disc drive problem

    My Xbox console doesn't read any cd , it first displays "Reading" and then it says "Open tray" for every CD.

    Exactly which xbox 360 games are you trying to play on the xbox one. Because not all xbox 360 games are compatibile on the xbox one. It would have to be on the xbox one backwards compatibility list which is here:

    www.xbox.com/.../available-games

    If it is on that list then when you put the xbox 360 game in go to the 'my games & apps' application on the xbox one.

    Then scroll ALL the way to the right. From there you should have a 'Ready to install' list which should include the game disc you have inserted. Click 'A' on it and select 'Install'

    This will then download a copy of the game that is compatible with the backwards compatibility on the xbox one

    hello I have a problem on my xbox 360

    when one is connected to my profile he can not read games cd nor the hd put a jog the screen goes black and when I try to go back to the xbox menu it crashes.

    I noticed that it does not have any profile connected he read my matches perfectly WHAT hope that someone can help me that desperate.

    Unrecognizable Disc/ Cd

    Thing is it worked in my original xbox 360 before Christmas and it should be able to just read the Cd layer of it.

    My xbox1 does not read the Xbox 360 games

    i have 3 xbox 360 games on disk and none of them work, and nothing happens when i put them on and if it is already installed and i go on it tells me to put the cd if i have it or go on the xboxLive market, for xbox 1 games when its not reading the cd reboot
    the console is enough to make it work.

    yes I clear the cache, when I want to run the game it tells me to insert the cd or go to the market xbox, I uninstall the game of my console in case it would come from the but now I put the cd and nothing happens, I do not hear the
    cd turn in the consol.

    If you try a different Xbox 360 game disc, does the disc play or do you still experience that issue? Also, is your Xbox One console experiencing any trouble playing Xbox One game discs?

    What error messages are you seeing when you're unable to play a disc?

    I can buy it with a digital code from a internet store, for 3x the price, just affraid it wont work. Do the one x read 360 cds if i buy it on cd?
