    My Xbox one controller can turn on my Xbox one but once it loads up I can’t do anything and won’t let me navigate or open any menus

    I had this exact issue 20 minutes ago.

    Turn off the console and remove the power cable for 5 minutes.

    Restore power and turn console on with console on/off button NOT with controller button.

    After console displays "Who's playing today" turn on your controller and sign in.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hi, try this please. Power the console off using the xbox button on the console, hold the button for 10 seconds when you do this. Then press and hold the eject button on the console, press and hold the xbox button on the console, keep your fingers on both
    buttons for maybe 10 seconds or more. Does this get your display working again?

    If not, power the console off and remove the power cable, wait two minutes and reconnect the power cable and then try holding eject and the xbox button.

    Hi, could you power the console off and remove the power cable for at least three minutes, then reconnect the power cable and try again.

    -

    If that does nothing for you then the display reset option would be to remove any disc from the console and power off, press and hold both the eject button and the xbox button at the same time, keep them held for around 5 seconds.

    Try the above please and post back if something works or not.

    No more achievement pop up notifications since update?

    Power cycling the xbox worked. The achievement pop up doesn't display instantly like it used to but it does pop up within a minute. Thanks.
