    My Xbox one do not play my Halo Reach CD game after I made the last software update


    hello I bouth the Halo Reach CD gane when it came out and now I have an Xboxone Halo 5 special eddition and after I made the last software update is not playing the Halo Reach any more.

    Could you please tell me how to solve the problem please? I really enjoy playing Halo Reach.

    Halo: Reach Beta Disc

    I decided to play Halo: Reach after a long time of inactivity, but when Xbox Live tried to update the game, it said that my disc was not compatible with the update and I was unable to play. I was a part of the Dashboard Beta and was attempting to use the
    Halo: Reach disc I was sent as a part of the Dashboard Beta Program. I do not have a retail copy of the game. Am I unable to play Halo: Reach anymore?

    ALL X360 Backwards compatible games NO LONGER WORK?!

    Not exactly sure what happened or what is going on a Xbox/Microsoft HQ but your recent update made it so literally no one can play any Xbox 360 games on their Xbox one consoles.

    I have 2 copies of Halo: Reach, one for myself on my Xbox one S and one for my little brothers on their xbox one S. Neither of them work on any console. I have seen people post a lot on almost every Xbox 360 backwards compatible title isn't working. Fable
    2, Red Dead: Redemption, Halo: Reach and so on.

    I would like an official response from a moderator or Microsoft staff. I'm not sure how this update made it out and made this such a huge problem. Do you guys not have a QA group for updates?

    Man this just isnt looking very good.

    My first xbox(one of the first ever made) never game me a problem.

    Traded in for a Halo 3 one which started overheating 2 days before 1943 came out.

    Worked fine till about a year ago and the CD drive was getting bad so I bought the Reach Slim 360 and put my Halo 3 one up on a shelf.

    My parents own a 360 now for around a year and it has red ringed(old elite).

    I had this same problem. The last game i played was halo reach. When i started my console next time and signed into Xbox live, my console freezed. When I skipped sign in and started halo reach, it showed an upgrade is required. After upgrading, my problem

    The game that made me shed a tear was Halo Reach. Seeing their planet fall. A your comrades. Fighting till the last Grunt. It was an emotional journey and honestly one of the best FPS campaign story lines I have ever played in my life.
