    My xbox one do not let me join multiplayer games, buy I have life gold suscription


    Good night, buy a membership xbox life gold, but my xbox one recognizes the subscription but does not allow me to play online. Reset the console and nothing. Check the multiplayer options in setup and all appear correct. What could be happening?

    Xbox says I don't have Gold but I do.

    So I can't join parties, play multiplayer, or anything because Xbox wants me to buy Gold. Thing is I bought a year of Gold 2 months ago. I'm not paying to buy Gold. I have Gold! I spent over $60 on Gold! Let me play my games and talk to my friends!!

    issues experiencing multiplayer games     or contacting
    phone / chat support     as they would have a closer look to your account regarding your Xbox Live Gold Status.

    I'm sorry but no. To Access that part of the game you need to enter the Multiplayer menú. As soon as you do that you will be verified for Gold Suscription and then taken to the suscription window or back to previous menu.
