    Ever since my March update it keep saying this is dirty and I have to reboot my Xbox for my games to play

    Cant download nba 2k18

    my xbox one wont download nba 2k18. Says disc is dirty or damaged, got a replacment disc but still coming up with same msg. Please help.

    My Xbox one says disc may be damaged or dirty everytime I have to unplug my Xbox and restart it

    My Xbox one disc is dirty

    Reboot in what fashion? Unplug the power cord from the console, at the same time unplug brick from wall until the light goes out on the brick, then wait a couple minutes. Repower everything and see what happens. If no luck, call support and replace console.
    Don't hesitate or mess around.

    its the april update dude the blu ray drive isnt waking up dont worrie they are testing the fix as we speak
