    My xbox one disc drive isn't spinning any games


    My xbox one isn't spinning any game I put in and I have tried many soulutions but mostly none of them worked so what am I supposed to do?

    Hard Reset doesn't work and there's no section in settings for energy

    Can you actually load any games.. or Film discs at all?? if not it is sounding like you may need it looking at and possibly repairing. Thete is a link to that info at the bottom of my first post.

    If you can try a standard DVD movie or Blu ray disc also that may help us to rule that out some things.
