My Xbox One Died How do I send it in for Repair

I was using my Xbox one normally and I couldnt log in one day and suddenly all my files are corrupted. Tried to reformat and it froze so I reset it and now it wont even start

I followed the troubleshooting and every time I tried an approach I get the something went wrong error. So I am unable to reset my console to factory settings. I need to send it in to Microsoft for repair and I need to know how to do that? My Warranty
has expired so I will want to know how much it will cost me as well.

I clicked troubleshoot then restore factory defaults and then it said "something went wrong" and is back at the restart or troubleshoot screen

Error Code: E102 00000C01 8007045D
