My Xbox one did not turn on

Hi guys

Can you please help me with my Xbox One problem,

I don't know why my console auto shut down while my kids were watching youtube, I had double checked the power supply adapter, when I plug in the outlet socket itself (not connect it with the console), the standby light is on, however when I connected it
with the console, the power supply adapter auto shut down.

Please help me if the console has problem or the power supply adapter?

everything indicates that the power supply is troubled and not the console, you can acquire another source to eradicate this problem

We use it almost everyday for games and surfing webs, the problem is the console did not work when I connect it with the power supplier

If your power supply was bad you would not have a indicator light lit on the power brick the problem you are having is an issue between the circuit that runs the power button and the circuit that runs the power brick not connecting to each other properly

I brought my Console to the Gameshop to check, the console works with the shop's power supply adapter, so I had ordered a new power supply adapter and waiting for delivery.
