    My Xbox One crashes while playing Madden 15


    Not sure if it is a hardware or software issue. My Madden 15 is a downloaded game so it runs off the system. While playing the game will freeze, a loud buzzing noise occurs for approximately 1 second then the system crashes and goes to home menu closing
    the game.

    This has happened to me 5-6 times during play never from menu of game or any other game. I have redownloaded a couple of times but still have the issue.

    Any Ideas?

    Can I be on Xbox 360 and ONE at the same time while on live?

    Depends on what your doing. I tried playing Madden 15 on my xbox one while my kids were playing minecraft on the 360 and no dice. I could play as long as I didn't sign in. It won't let me play Madden Ultimate Team unless I do sign in so....

    Minor update - my xbox one will not play my Madden 15 either - so now my original disc of Madden 16 gets an (0x80820002) error message while my brand new copy of Madden 16 gets the same message and now the previous version of the game (Madden 15) will not
    work while all my other games' discs (MGS5, Fallout 4, ect.) work fine - my xbox officially does not want me to play Madden. I will hesitate to purchase any other future releases of this title because of this odd phenomenon
