My Xbox one counsel constantly signs my controller out of my profile

Ensure your controller is equiped with fully charged batteries or rechargeable? Try using it connected does the same error maintain? If not, try using alternate power for your controller e.g. new batteries.

No matther if im playing online or disconected from xbox live my controler will sign me out of my profile repeatedly. Iv tryed turning off auto sign in and that didnt help, its ultra garbage especially mid game and you get booted to the home screen.
Im also getting repeted kicks saying my machine is “unavalible to connect to network” but when i go into setting im online and conected. Help!

Hi sorry to hear u having problems I suggest u go to Microsoft xbox live homepage and see if they are having server problems or if they are in maintenance. If not then call Microsoft xbox live Technical Dept and they should be able to resolve your problem.

I am having the same trouble with the standard Xbox one chat head set (Firmware Version: 4.9.0.0), i've tried logging out turning the counsel off , unplugging, turning on using the controller, Updated controller with headset attached, swapped out batteries,
nothing is working.

As a side note: i have the purple circle by my avatar indicating my headset is attached , even after i unplug it from the controller..

It doesn't seem like it is a hardware issue. I wouldn't think about of sending in your console for repair, as there are many solutions that may fix the problem.

Assuming you are using an Xbox 360, I want you to do three things.

1). Delete your profile.

To do this,

Navigate to the Settings tab from your Xbox Home Screen. Click on System. select Storage and click on Hard Drive, click on profiles, and select the profile that is causing issues. Now click delete, and select delete profile only.

2). Clear your system cache -

To do this,

Navigate to the Settings tab from your Xbox Home Screen. Click on System. select Storage and Highlight the Hard Drive, press Y on your controller and select Clear System Cache (Don't worry, your personal content will not be deleted).

Now Shut off the Xbox completely, and turn it back on.

3). Re-download your profile

To do this,

On the Xbox Home Screen, navigate to the Social tab, click on Sign in or Out, scroll all of the way to the right. Select Download profile and follow the on screen prompts. Make sure the Save Password is checked in the box, if your on a personal Xbox.
