    My Xbox One Controller won't work properly


    Hi! Today I got a CoD Controller for my Xbox One. Everything was fine, until I tried to test it. When on the home screen, the A button does not work properly. It takes many "pushes" to confirm a command. Also, the "menu - start" button does not work at all
    but the "back" one does. Can someone help me? I don't think that the controller is broken, because some of the buttons work...

    Controller issues?

    Just this morning BOTH my controllers stopped working properly. The first controller the Right Stick won't work and when I switched to my other controller the Left Stick won't work.

    Has anyone else experienced this? It seems odd that both controllers would stop functioning properly at the same time.

    Problem with Stereo headset

    I bought the Xbox One stereo headset today, and after a frustrating day of trying to make it work properly, with xbox live down and all, anyway, I've tried to make the headset work with my Cod AW controller and it won't work, the controller recognizes
    the adaptor but it does not produce any sound out of the headphones, the headset works with my other 3 controllers, what is causing this issue, the headset or the controller? all the controllers are fully upgraded.

    Xbox Series X can't connect any controller wired or wireless...controller just powers off.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Also, I would like to clarify, that you've mentioned that you have performed a reset, did you choose to remove everything or keep my games and apps?
