My Xbox One Controller won't vibrate in my account but does it in others

So this started a few months ago, I was playing Gears 4 with my cousin, my batteries were dying so I deactivated vibration IN Gears 4 NOT in my profile, we finished playing, I charged the batteries and when I put them again in the controller and it never
vibrated again. I thought the controller just broke and accepted it, but my sister was playing in her account, asked me for help with some hard level she was struggling with and as soon as I grabbed the controller I felt it was vibrating normally, I tried
other games in her account and they all vibrate with no issues, but in my acoount it doesn't. So that's the issue, I've looked for someone with a similar problem but couldn't find anyone. Hope you can help me.

Goto accessories in the settings. Select configure. If there is a profile there delete it and that should put all controller settings back to normal

If one can't try another controller, I would say to try the steps outlined in our

Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution to see whether or not it could in fact be a problem with the controller itself.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the vibration in the Xbox One Controller. I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:

Change controller vibration on Xbox One.

Have you tried another controller?

Have you tried removing your profile and re-adding it?

Try this out and let us know the results.

Hey there, thanks for helping me! Unfortunately the vibration is activated in my profile, but it doesn't vibrate

I can't try another controller, not enough money haha. I'll try deleting and re-dowloading my profile.

I'm thinking that maybe the vibration setting has been turned off on your account over all some how, check the Xbox Accesories App, making sure that you are signed in under your account, and make sure that vibration is turned on for the controller configuration
you are using.
