Please Help me with this issue i want to use my stereo headset adapter but i wont recognize it. I have tried everything, connection it with USB cable and no batteries, try to update from PC and no luck. I always get the no update available.

Xbox One Controller wont Update to Firmware 2.3.2385.0 I have firmware version 2.3.2381.0 Installed

I have two Xbox One Wireless Controllers one with Firmware 2.3.2381.0 & the other 2.3.2385.0. My Xbox One Wireless Controller that currently has Firmware 2.3.2381.0 is Unable to Update to Firmware Version 2.3.2385.0. I am having a lot of problems when
i use this Controller such as I am unable to Join or Create a Party Chat due to No One is able to hear me & When i use it Playing any Game the Controller Disconnects itself displaying on the screen "Controller Disconnected" I am only able to use the Controller
again after Removing & Putting the Battery it back in & then Turning the Controller on again, It is OK to use but about 30 minutes later it happens again. The Rechargeable battery in the Controller is fully charged and the Controller is still turned on when "Controller
Disconnected". is on the screen but Controller functions are frozen until Battery is Removed.. When i try Updating the Controller it says that I need to remove the Battery and attach it to the Console with the USB Cable. but says "No Update Available" every
time. My second Wireless Controller updated to Firmware 2.3.2385.0 without any problems & updated without connecting it to the Console with a USB Cable or Removing the Battery. I tried Updating the Controller with the Headset Attached but still says "No Available
Update" Please help me fix this Xbox One Wireless Controller Firmware Update Problem so that i have 2 Controllers i am able to use again instead of having the one Controllers i need to have Connected to the Console with the USB Cable when the Battery is Flat
& needs Recharging. Thank you in advance.

Chatpad Orange Button Blinking after Update

Hi,

I am using the regular Xbox One controller (w/o the built in headphone jack) with the Chatpad attached on Windows 10. After installing the Xbox Accessories App and then running the controller update via USB, the orange circle button wont stop blinking and
the chatpad is unusable.

I have tried uninstall/reinstall of the Xbox Accessories App, b.t it still says that my controller has no update available. As of this writing firmware version is 2.3.2381.0

Please help fix this issue, I have seen similar posts on this forum but no clear answer. I do not have access to an Xbox One console to try running update from there.

have you hard reset the console then tried to update, also try a different usb cable.

Yes, i have tried hard resett the console but still no luck. Also the controller is the old version (no 3.5mm port) but I'm not sure if the adapter is compatible with the old version or only with the newer versions of the controller.

Yes I have the adapter connected to the controller when connecting it to the Xbox one. Can this related to my controller being the older version and not the new one with the 3.5 mm port?

Wireless Control that does not have the 3.5mm Jack has 2.3.2381.0 Firmware Version Update unable to Update to Firmware 2.3.2385.0 says that No Update is Available. I only need to connect this Controller to the Console with the USB Cable & also remove the Battery.
I am unable to use this Controller in Party Chat and while i'm playing a game disconnects itself saying Controller Disconnected and the Controller Battery is fully Charged and still turned on. Please help me update my Wireless Controllers so that they both

I would check your firmware version because the version I have is a lot higher than the one you have, 4.8.1923.0.. Update
XBox one controller with the uSB method.

Do you know the latest firmware version for the PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller on the Xbox One console? I think that they updated a while ago and i am not sure whether i have the right version. My firmware is version 1.1.279.2 on console.

For cases like this steps that we have to perform is try to use a different controller if there is an available one. If there isn't please check if there is an update available for the controller that you're currently using. Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & streaming > Accessories, and then select the controller you want to update.
2. On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.
3. If it says “Update,” select Firmware version, and then follow the steps provided.
