My Xbox One Controller wont turn on

    My Xbox One Controller wont turn on


    i dropped my controller from about 3 feet and it will not turn on anymore i even used a UBS cable and it wont work, and i just bought it for 50 dollars.

    Is my controller forever gone.

    anyone help me my wireless headset is stuck on port 2 and wont sync to port 1

    my wireless headset wont sync to port one with my controller it just goes to port two and wont work but when i turn my controller off it goes to port one and works but wont work with my controller on anyone help me ???

    If you have the original charging cable that came with it, plug it in via the charging cable and check for updates in the settings. Also if that fails to work, hard reset your Xbox and reattempt to connect your controller with the cord. Its important you
    use the cord.

    can it be any cord like an android phone charging cord or does it need to be the charging cable that came with it?

    Yes you can we had to use them when a controller update was released and console came with no cable.

    also make sure any controller is assigned to you using a cable normally does this but best to check while checking for controller updates.

    I need a way to successfully unsync my Xbox controller from my console, so I can again use it on my laptop via bluetooth.

    For now, why not just turn off the Xbox at the wall, then sync your controller to your PC, then turn the Xbox back on at the wall. That way you wont turn the Xbox One on when syncing the controller to the PC.

    Elite Series 2 controller not working properly.

    My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.
