    Hello, I have used my Xbox One elite controller a lot for the past two years but not so long ago I had a fright and dropped it! Now ,though, my left thumbstick will not click down when I press it and when I am playing a game that uses the left thumbstick
    button (Mostly FPS Games) I have to press down multiple times or I have to press down really hard! This puts strain on my hand and I am worried if my Xbox One Elite Controller is broken! Is there any way it could be fixed?

    P.s. I don't really want to swap it out for another controller I just want the Thumbstick fixed! Is there any way this could be done?

    No signal if buttons are lightly pushed, button is physically down

    There is an issue with my Xbox one controller in Windows. When I press down the X button with a light click it doesn't always send a signal that the button is down even when I can see that the button is down. I had it replaced and the new controller is just
    like the old one. I also tested my old xbox 360 controller and the buttons works perfectly, down is always down. I expect that when the button is down the controller signal that the button is down even when I push lightly. But on both my controllers xbox one
    controllers this is only the case if I press hard enough. I have also made a video of the issue:

    Do anyone have any issues like this? What should I do, ask my store to replace it again?

    D-Pad buttons aren't being picked up

    So for X-Mas, I got the new covert forces wireless controller and I paired it up, tested the buttons and such but when it came to the D-Pad, all four of the buttons weren't being picked up by the Xbox one. What I mean is when I press any four of those
    buttons, unless I press down much harder than I have to press down on my controller which came with my xbox one, the console wont register me pressing the button. If there's any fix to this, that would be great! Thanks guys/gals!

    yep im on my 4th xbox one pad , the left thumbstick keeps messing up an keeps sticking an making a clicking noise when I press down on it these xbox one pads are crap I would love to get my money back and buy a ps4

    As the paired controller to your Xbox Series X|S, the two controllers we mentioned at the top are pretty differs, thus we want to make sure we give you the correct response to your question.

    Please check the back part of the controller you have:

    • As such, this problem requires repair if this is the controller to which you are referring. Please send your game controller for service (if you are under warranty).

    If your controller matches the first picture, you will need to have your controller repaired (if you are still under warranty). Otherwise, if your controller matches the second picture, the clicking sound is totally normal.

    I stated it is the Xbox Series S|X.

    The clicking happens when I move the stick back and forth, not when I press down on it. I know it clicks when it's pressed down, it isn't the problem.

    I just want to know if I was replaced with a broken controller or if this is normal
